heart rate

Hi,
I don't see my heart rate in ISAAC.
In the profile; heart rate is not enabled, there is no ID.
How can I couple the HR with the powered?

Attach your HR strap, make sure it is on (as well as all your speed and cadence sensors) and do another sensor scan.
After the scan you will need to do a new cal ride.

I did a new scan but the powerpod v4 doesn't connect with my heart rate (Suunto Smart Sensor)It
It's no problem to connect my heart rate with my garmin edge 830.
I also did a scan with my garmin off so it doesn't connect with my garmin first.
How can I fix this?

It looks like the Suunto Smart HR sensor is Bluetooth only. PPV4 does not pair with Bluetooth sensors.
You will need to use an ANT+ HR strap.
