AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hi....

Can someone check out my calibration ride and then my first ride post calibration?

PowerPod seemed ok in parts, but my average power seemed low in general. I rode with a friend at a similar pace across the whole ride who averaged 20% higher watts even though he's lighter.

Your calibration appears to be fine.

It looks like, around mile 18, you rode in a group. If your friend was leading you he was doing more work. It is logical your power readings are lower.
