Power always zero towards start of ride

For my last number of rides, the power starts at sensible readings then changes to zero, even when cycling uphill. This will last for a few miles but is consistent with each ride, and the elevation on my Powerpod v3 seems to think that I'm going downhill when I'm not. Any suggestions as to what this could be, please see the attached ride files for examples?
