Calibration question

I managed to configure and calibrate my PowerPod Lite. I tried a ride with about 300m ascent (and descent). The power figures on flat or ascending seem plausible to me, however even on light descents, the power often goes down to 0w even if I keep pedalling. It feels like I really need to pedal quite hard on descents to get some reading, which rarely go over 100w, and for a short amount of time.
What could be the problem here? My rides also seem to show half the calories than the HR-based estimation before. In fact, I could not see any HR data on Isaac even though I am 100% sure my sensor was showing HR data on the bike computer while pairing to the PowerPod...

Please post a .ibr ride file so we can figure out what is going on.

Here the calibration ride and the one with the "suspicious" descents...
However, it seems it only contains the first 10 minutes? So the required data will be quite hard for me to gather...

Your speed sensor data has spikes in it. What kind are you using? Where is it attached?
There is a very odd place in the file, at minute 2, where your speed is flatlined for about 30 seconds. This doesn't seem right...
I don't see anything else particularly odd in your short file (PPL records only the first 10 minutes of a ride file).
This could be a speed sensor problem.

My speed and cadence sensors are accelerometer based. I noticed the cadence sensor having some moments with 0 values without reason, this got solved with a new battery. The speed sensor is on the rear wheel, my front wheel has a dynamo and causes crazy interference, so I had no choice there. Will check if it also needs a new battery... However, today I got plausible readings, even on descents, still have some minor issues, but I think they could rather be related to the quality of the cadence sensor (when I stop pedalling it takes a few seconds before I get a signal again when it drops to 0). But this is ok, it is my commuting bike which I leave on the street some times, so expensive sensors are a no-go there.
Will be getting a more sporty bike soon and will probably use the wahoo sensors, that should be more reliable...
Now about the HR sensor, does the PPL gather HR data? I am wondering why that sensor did not pair, or did it and I am just not seeing the results? Is the HR data relevant for the calculations?

Accelerometer speed sensors on the rear wheel don't work very well; if necessary you might get an old-fashioned speed/cadence sensor with magnets.
HR sensor should pair, though it isn't really important for PPL, since you record only a portion of the ride file.
