Level Adjustment & Suspension System

Hi,
I had been a new user recently.
Would like to clarify some of my issues.
When riding on flats I noticed that the gradient reading is higher than usual(1.5 to 2% as seen on my garmin app) and not close to a flat gradient reading. This leads to higher than usual power reading i noticed during my ride.
I had loaded the factory settings of the calibration ride.
Not done the out and back calibration ride as I am struggling to get this done.
Would like to know if leveling is important towards the gradient calculation if I am using the ( better accuracy ) setting.
Does calibration ride adjust the leveling if best accuracy setting is selected?
Also.
My bike has a front suspension system (Specialized Roubaix) would like to know if this system would affect the accuracy of the PowerPod.
Cheers! Hope to have my questions answered soon!.
