PP serial number in Garmin

Hi John,
Looking in the info page of my Garmin 830 today I noticed that all information was shown except the serial number. Is this because a PP has no serial number or is it a bug in either Garmin or PP?
Also in the info page I can see information about batteri level but only like low etc. I would like to now how many hours is left when Garmin says batteri level is low?
Regards,
Michael.

1) We don't transmit PP S/N to Garmin
2) My experience is that, when PP battery is low (<20% battery life remaining) you've got only about 1 hour of dependable riding remaining. The battery will go longer than that, but no guarantees.

That's odd. I was out riding today and when I started Garmin announced that battery level was low. However, the PP did not blink read as it should when PP thinks battery level is low and 2 hours later when I returned PP still did not blink red while Garmin still displayed battery level to be low?

When in doubt trust the status light on PP.

I have done some testing and it seems that Garmin warns for low battery level when it calculates/reads that PP has < 30% battery life back which is about 3-4 hours ride left. Is that also your or others experiment?

Actually, that sounds about right.
