hola jhon,estoy viendo que en bajadas los watios se disparan para arriba casi sin esfuerzo...me gustaria que vieras este recorrido y si hay algo mal..

There are a couple of places in your ride where you are descending pretty steep slopes, around -5%, and where you are pedaling, where watts are high for a few seconds. If you went into any kind of tuck during these descents, that would cause high watts.
Overall your ride file looks fine.
