2nyears and still can’t calibrate my 2 PowerPod money waste

My power pod don’t stop at 50watts I will stop but col ours don’t change I already verified my sensors. Ther poner continue to climb to 100. After change green red flash and star again 1 to 100. And the calibration don’t finish.

I don’t know what more to do.

I had a similar problem. I posted a ride file on this site and they replied right away saying I had a problem with the unit. They contacted me by email, and replaced mine with a new one within a few days. The support was great.
