also stuck in calibration

Post by timp »

I am also stuck in in a cal loop. i have done several out and back rides and it always restarts a new cal ride 0 to 100 right after. can someone take a look at the attached files and see if there is something wrong?

Sorry to say this, but you have a wind sensor problem.

Please contact technicalsupport@velocomp.com Tom will tell you what to do next.

Ok thanks for letting me know, it is a relief to know it is not my fault. I have been struggling with calibration for 2 weeks, but I haven't had time to try multiple cals in a row until yesterday to be sure there was an issue.

I also have this problem. Is this because I stop during the 0-50 watt calibration?

It is impossible to tell what your issue is. Please post a ride file, or describe in more detail what happens. The person who started this thread had a problem with his wind sensor...there are other reasons the "Stuck" problem might occur.
