Suddenly no isac connection

As the title...
Was dowloading several ride files and suddenly a classic window chart said that was a error downloading the files.
Since that no isaac recogntion... windows 10 does the sounds connecting or desconnecting and no isaac. It is charging ok.
Any clues? Ill be writing to techsupport also
