AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I have just got a PP V3. I have been online to get instructions for pairing and calibration and ended up with several different versions so now confused about the led sequence.

Could you please send the up to date V3 instructions or a link to same.

I can get the Wahoo fitness app to see the PP and also Wahoo speed, bpm and cadence.

The PowerHouse app does not detect any of them?
