Auto Profile Select

Hi,
Does both my bike profiles reside inside the PP? Ive setup 2 different profiles (Road and Mtn Bike). Will the PP just know which bike Im riding that day simply by moving it to that bike? I'd hate to drive to my destination prepared to do road only to find out that its still got the Mtn Bike profile on board.
