Your ride file shows a lot of crosswinds. Is this correct?

The wind blew a lot during the ride. When riding at the head, the power is high, and when the raft is pedaling, the power value is 0w. At the top downhill heavier pedaling resulted in higher power. This can be caused by cable interference. I need to change the position of pp and riding again. I post pictures of my bike.
