AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I have already emailed tech support but today my powerpod died and wont charge. Can anyone who has had this problem fixed tell me how it was resolved. Hoping that I dont have to send it back to the states for a fix as I have only had this one for six months after sending my first one back for a different issue. Starting to get very frustrated with this product.

Thanks John. Tom got back to me really quickly. He recommended a hard reset of 15 secons which I had tried but must have been counting a little too quickly. Lights are back on ill test it on wednesday
