New power pod with rides on it

Post by ericpenn »

Hello All. Just purchased a new power pod from Velocomp.com and it seems to already have a few rides on it's file. Is this common?.. I did a out and back cal ride and it was working good. The next day I went out to ride and the power pod numbers were all super low 30w 40w and never getting higher than 76w. Any help would be great. Thanks and have a great night.

Now when I push the activate button the power pod shows a red light and then goes out and does not read anything.

Your 5/25 file is fine.

You have body weight as 154 lbs and bike 16 lbs. Is this correct? You appear to be riding a TT bike; is this correct?

It sounds like you reset your device, which would cause the red light to come on. Load the attached profile into your device and that should fix things.
