AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hello folks, I live in Argentina, and I use my pp to do some indoor and outdoor traninig. My question is about indoor configuration. Could someone send me the most accurate settings to use when I'm using a non smart 3-roll trainer (like elite arion)?
Can you send me a screen shots of the options that I should select in issac?

Thanks for your screen shot. one more question. In total weight should I put only my weight or mine plus my bike?
