PP won't charge or turn on

Hi,
I have had my PP for almost a year and I just used it about 2 months ago on the trainer. I got a smart trainer so I haven’t used it since then. Weather is finally nice to go ride outside and I was getting everything ready to go and went to charge my PP and I’m not getting a red charging light and can’t turn it on. I have tried 3 different cables, multiple USB ports on two different computer and I never get a red light. I tried doing a hard reset by holding down the power button for 12 seconds and nothing. In Isaac, I go to device and try to connect. It finds the Silicon Labs USB cable but it wants me to turn it on but it wont start or charge. Does anyone have any suggestion that may help?
