Elevation at start of ride

I noticed some strange Min, Avg & Max elevation data for my rides and realised that my PP isn't calibrating for the actual elevation at the start of my ride. I live near the coast so starting elevation is 160ft (approx). Some rides showed stat elevation on the graph as -300ft.
Is there a way to program PP so that it calibrates the start elevation automatically at the beginning of each ride or does this have to be corrected in Isaac using Analyze Device Settings?
