Powerod not connecting to Isaac

Hi John,
My powerpod has never had a poblem giving me a connection green light on my laptop until today. It still gives a flashing red charging light when connected and has no apparent problem in getting fully charged.
Thinking that it might have frozen I did a factory reset an took it for a calibration ride. All went normally on that ride and my Garmin recieved the data and the pod paired again with my sensors. The power figures I got after calibration seemed fine
I tried different ports on the laptop and different cables but nothing made any difference.
On one occasion before the reset the computer flashed a dialog about an unrecgnised USB device but it was only the once and far too quickly for me to read it fully.
Can you suggest anything for me to try to get it connecting again.
