please check file

Post by bunkasthedog »

Hi,

I wonder if you can check the attached file. I don't think it is reading right. I find that when i'm riding uphill the power reading is higher with less effort than even on slight downhills where i'm putting in a lot more effort. also Power reads zero when i'm clearly peddling faster than gravity alone would suggest. The date on the file name is wrong as i rode this today. not sure how to change that.

This is set up for a TT bike; is that correct?

Please point to specific places in the ride file where you think there might be a problem.

In Windows: right click then choose rename
or
Two left clicks (i.e click, pause, click, not a double click which would open the file) then edit the file name.

To set PowerPod's date make sure your system time is right then use Isaac
Device - Setup - Set Time and Date.

In edit - Preferences you can choose the autoname format. I have mine set to YYYY_MM_DD, it makes it easier to sort.

EDITED to add:
Use Isaac to fix the time and date in the ride file:
Tools - Repair - Fix Date & Time in Ride File
