Ride starts on a hill

I'm so excited - my family gave me a PP for Christmas!
I did a calibration ride and everything looks good.
I live on a hill, and every ride starts with a 1.2 mile descent at -4.5% and a duration of around 4 minutes. Will there be a bias in the leveling calibration at startup because of the slope? Should I wait until the bottom of the hill before starting the PP? Unfortunately, the bottom of the hill proceeds a climb of about the same duration
