I purchased a new power pod lite a month ago. I didn't actually have time to install and configure it until this last weekend. But when I try to connect it to a usb charger (I used a samsung usb charger and the usb cable that came with the power meter), no light came on. I left the powerpod on the charger overnight, and still no light in the morning.
I installed Issac software on computer and try to connect powerpod to computer with another usb cable. No connection.
I tried to hold the button for 10 seconds for a reset, and nothing happened. Anything else I can try? I've already emailed technical support and waiting for a reply.
