PowerPod setup instructions... not good

Post by mrbaumer »

Set up my PP lite today. I'd just like to comment that the paper instructions that ship with unit are totally unhelpful if you happen to have a combo speed/cadence sensor like the Wahoo Blue SC. First, I never saw a yellow light on the unit. I thought the unit wasn't pairing to the Wahoo, but after various steps including connecting it to Isaac, I finally figured out that the red flashing light meant that it was in the O&B calibration mode. Anyway, I think the pairing instructions could use some work. Does the PP Lite even have a yellow light?

I´ve been trying to pair the PP lite with my Wahoo Blue SC, but the Green light keeps flashing and never turns solid Yellow or Red.
How did you do it?

Your Wahoo sensor may be BLE only...if so, it won't work with PP.

You need an ANT+ wireless speed sensor.

It has both, BLE and ANT+
I’m not sure if is a Wahoo problem or a PP lite problem.
In case it is a PP problem, do you have any advice?
