BLE Upgrade Key Not Working

Can I have a new key sent out please? The last one you sent returns the error "data file not valid" when trying to send to unit.
I purchased the unit from Probikekit under the impression that it already had BLE, was a little disappointed to then have to pay for an upgrade and I am now finding the upgrade process to be less than straight forward.
Purchased key
Received instruction email (eventually found in gmail spam folder)
Sent reply email with SN
Later received upgrade key attachment (again found in gmail spam folder)
Upgrade key doesn't work
Sent email with screen shots explaining problem and requesting a new key
Still waiting...
