hi , how do i join files , when the powerpod has switched off after 20mins

Hi,

Open up the first half of your total ride in Issac, then click on the FILE then COMBINE/SPLIT and then APPEND DEVICE FILE

This will open up a list of your ride files. Click on the second half of your ride. It will prompt to match the elevations, click YES. If you have more than two ride segments just repeat the above until you have created you full ride and then save it.
