Problem whit my powerpod

hello, i have a pretty big problem on my powerpod. this morning I tried to put it to charge by plug, made green flashes and then did not start with the red flashes. I tried to hold down a few seconds to reset but it only flashed and then it was enough. now I touched the PC but does not see it. for now only the Garmin trammirte ant + sees it. obviously I also changed the cable but the result does not change. what can I do?
