PP stopped functioning

For the past 5 rides, my PP has not been functioning. I've had the device for 1 year; this is the first instance of this behaviour.
-It alternately blinks red and green for the entire ride.
-My Garmin seems to see the device, but registers power as '0'.
-I've been trouble-shooting a bit: FW up to date, all fully charged, new batteries in speed and cadence sensors. Mounting and positioning of device perfect.
-There has been no drop or other impact to the device.
