POWERPOD ERROR 6004

On May 20th, I asked POWERPOD about "ERROR 6004 ~~~".
But I do not get the right answer, so I write again.
Please refer to Figure 6004.JPG for the error screen.
After the 6004 error occurs, it can not be connected to the computer.
Data can not be downloaded.
Operating System: WINDOWS Service Pack 1 32 bit.

The green box around the USB icon shows that your PP is connected to your computer.
The problem is that your file structure has been corrupted.
Use the command Device/Erase All Ride Data to reformat your memory.
You will lose the ride you're trying to download but your future rides should be OK.

After "6004 error", the USB part is not activated in green.

This error message is appearing when you attempt to download a ride.
Connect your PP directly to Isaac, then erase your ride files before doing anything else.

The PP and the computer do not seem to be connected.
When PP is connected to the computer, PP does not show red light indicating charging.
So I can not download the PP data to my computer.
I can not do anything.
Charging terminal of PP seems to be strange. (Do not change the cable.)
