PowerPod wont turn on or charge

Hi,
I purchased my PowerPod in the UK and when I first received it I was able to charge it, do the calibration ride etc and all was working fine.
I have only done a few rides using it (about 8 hours in total) and each time I was able to download the rides to my computer.
Thinking there must be a good few hours remaining of charge I went out on a ride a couple of days ago and the PowerPod would not turn on. When I returned from my ride I connected the PowerPod to the power and the unit would then turn on but I did not get any flashing red lights (flashing green and then solid green once it had connected to my sensors). As soon as I removed from the power the PowerPod immediately turned off and would not turn on again. I tried connecting it to my computer and whilst it was detected and could be access by Isaac again it would not charge.
I have tried a reset on the PowerPod whilst plugged into my computer as well as multiple USB connectors all to no avail.
Do I need to return this to the UK supplier for a warranty inspection/replacement?
Thanks and regards,
Peter
