Good morning
I wrote an error message a while ago, but I do not have any news so I write it again.
I am a PowerPad user.
I bought a PowerPad on Black Friday last year and was using a.s well because of bad USB connection.
However, if you try to download the data from a few weeks ago, you will not be able to download the data with error message "Error 6004 ~~ [see picture below]".
A. The received PowerPad is good for charging and data transfer, but can not download data from the eSac software after 6004 error message.
The operating system I use is windows pro service pack 1 32 bit
Isaac software is up to date.
I can not test it with multiple computers.
When riding, the PowerPad will output normal power (using Garmin 520).
I hope this problem is handled as well as the first a.s is handled well.
I hope that it can be processed quickly.
Thank you.

Re: power error 6004 ?
It is likely that this particular ride file is corrupted.
Using Isaac do a Device/Erase All Ride Files command. You will lose this particular ride, but you should be OK going forward.

Re: power error 6004 ?
I tried to reconnect with my computer today.
After connecting the PowerPod to your computer, you can not run the "Device / Erase All Ride Files" command because the download window is not activated even if you run the isaac software.
And it does not charge when connected to a computer.
Is there no other way?
