Negative fric value and low crr

I just did a short but rather hard interval training with a hill round tour. Back home I checked calibration for the first time since summer. When I try to accept the suggested changes to the profile I get the message that the friction value is out of range (it suggests a change from 2,025 -> -1,059) Looks weird to me :?
Also the crr value at -0,0070 puzzles me. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Corrected ride file and profile are attached.

Please download this ride again, and do NOT perform a "Check Calibration" on the ride. Instead, just post the unadjusted ride file.

Also, if you have a ride file prior to the one in question, please post that ride file, too.

PS: Nice PowerStroke!

Thanks John,
Just to be certain I understand you correctly:I download the profile and send it to the PowerPod. Go for another ride and send you the new ride file together with another recent file - correct?

OK then - here comes todays file with the updated profile and an additional ride from last week (commuting so it includes a lot of stop&go.

Please don't get too impressed by todays rather smooth Powerstroke - it was a recovery ride ;-)
