AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hello. I'm a wildbiker who asked the error of reinstalling the Issac program.

I just want to reinstall the Issac to my home PC.

I'll give up my newton tracker. I guess that's the cause of trouble.

Because of fatal error I can't run the Issac program at home.

I don't know why it occured.

Please tell me how to erase the Issac comletely and install again.

I tried many of times for reinstalling in the weekend. I failed every try.

Every tme, I erased the Issac by windows control pannel. I erased the natural instrument program also.

I spent 3days for reinstalling. Finally I failed run the Issac program.

It was worked well before calling the GPS tracker.

fatal error NumericSupport.cpp line 86 Lapview program in English.

I'd like to solve my problem ASAP.

I am sorry but I do not have an easy answer to your problem.

The firmware key has nothing to do with your issue.

We will ask our software developer about recommendations to completely uninstall Isaac from your Window machine.

As I told, I tried reinstall(include delete all program) 3days.(maybe over than 10 times)

I think the GPS data makes conflict.

Can you erase all of my datas(within GPS data) from your server?

Then I'll try again.

I guess the data in the server makes problem.

It is not clear to me when your Isaac program is failing.

Do the following:

1) Launch Isaac. Does it successfully open?

2) If yes, go to "Device/Newton Tracker Login-Register"

3) If you are logged in, click the "Logout" button

4) Now, download a file. GPS tracking will be completely deactivated

5) If you can download a file, then log in to Newton Tracker

6) Now, try downloading the same file

I could not launch with fatal error warnig sign.

What shall I do?

I will contact our software developer, to get instructions about completely uninstalling Isaac.

Once I have that information I will email you privately.
