Help me please.

Hello. I'm the user of powerpod.

After installing the tracker firmware the Issac program is not work.

Althogh tried reinstalling many times I failed.

So I'd like to check the program by the other PC.

I need a ibr file with GPS data.

Could you help me please.

Of course, If I can ride now I can get file but I can't ride today. So I ask a favor...

And also I'd like to know how to erase the Issac program clearly.

I'd like to reinstall Issac program.

I failed many of times.

Add) I failed load a data with GPS.

But I successed load a data without GPS data.(With power stroke)

I'm very confused.

I installed 2 comuters.

1 com's Issac is not work after warning sign.

The other com's Issac is working after warning sign.

I checked and Tom does have your email. I don't know if he has responded.

The correct functioning of Isaac has nothing to do with the installation of a firmware key.

Please do the following:

1) Launch Isaac. Does it load properly?

2) If so, connect your PP to Isaac. Does the green box appear around the USB icon?

3) If so, go to Device/S-N and FW version. Please email these to jhamann@velocomp.com

4) What are the circumstances under which you get your error message?

I understand that today is weekend..

Belows are my answer.

1) Launch Isaac. Does it load properly?

-> No. It doesn't work and show fatal error signal. See the pic.
Maybe it's a fatal error.

2) If so, connect your PP to Isaac. Does the green box appear around the USB icon?

-> I think there is no problem of PP. I checked the my PP at the other computer.
It worked well.

3) If so, go to Device/S-N and FW version. Please email these to jhamann@velocomp.com

-> Yes. Sure.

4) What are the circumstances under which you get your error message?

-> 1) I bought the tracker key and install. And I got a APP of itracker Appstore.
2) Push start button and did a riding.
3) After the riding I finished and upload GPS data to Issac cloud.
4) I turned my PC and connect my PP to my PC
5) The pic is result.

I guess that is the problem between GPS and Issac.

When I load my newton tracker data the other computer I shows same result.

I erased Issac and reinstall many times but result was same.(shown pic)

I'd like to start Issac and see my GPS data.
