Please check my out and back calibration

Hi John,
I've had my PowerPod for a couple of months. I started with a standard calibration ride and my power numbers seemed high. So I spent some time trying to manually edit the profile, but finally decided to do an out and back calibration yesterday.
I had to ride a decent distance to get to where I could do the calibration ride and I was slightly confused about the LED status when I got there, but I think I got an acceptable ride in. It was pretty windy, hard to avoid this in San Francisco.
Details about me: 46yo, 6' tall, 140lbs. Fitness level at the bottom of serious amateur range (I thought my FTP was around 175 but perhaps it's a little higher). Riding a Cannondale Slate road/gravel bike with 42mm 650B slick tires. EDIT: PowerPod mounted on the standard clamp that came with it.
After the ride, I did a Check Calibration on the ride and noticed that the ride position was set to "hoods" although I thought I set it to "hoods, elbows bent" before the calibration. I created another profile with that setting updated since that is my usual position.
I'd appreciate any feedback you can provide. Thanks!
Noah
