It works very well,. But the elevation is not correct

Starting elevation is -132m...

All bike computer products measure barometric pressure. Changes in barometric pressure during a ride are, presumably, the result of going up and down hills.
Of course, barometric pressure is also the result of local weather. This is why your starting elevation can be "incorrect".
To correct the starting elevation in an Isaac ride file, use the command Analyze/Analyze Newton Settings...
In the pop-up window that appears, type in the correct starting elevation (in the image, "255" is the correct starting elevation.
