AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I bought a powerpod in powermeter city on Black Friday.
 
The powerpod I bought was well received. It was very good.

Connected to PC using powerpod and micro USB cable.

However, if you connect it, you will see "Unknown Device" message and it will not connect to PC.

If I have a wrong powerpod, I paired it with a dual sensor and then knocked it and it worked fine.

You can not connect to another computer.
 
Do not connect with other cables.

Isaac for windiws version 4.0.0 is installed on my PC.

The download window is not activated by Isaac software because it does not recognize the powerpod.

The ibike newton 4 that I have been using since last year is normally down and settable.

Your PC is win7 professional k 32bit service pack1

When I asked a computer device expert I knew, the powerpod itself might be bad!
