I can't download my ride files from PowerPod to Isaac...

I get this error message:
Error 7 occurred at Open/Create/Replace File in tools_file write fqec file.vi->iBibr save IBR file ver_current.vi->iBibr save IBR file with options.vi->iBIntf save file.vi->iBIntf process ride data.vi->iBIntf autodownload.vi->iBIntf dyncall autodownload.vi->iBike top-level VI.vi

Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: File not found. The file might have been moved or deleted, or the file path might be incorrectly formatted for the operating system. For example, use \ as path separators on Windows, : on Mac OS X, and / on Linux. Verify that the path is correct using the command prompt or file explorer.
