yes the automatically analyze route was ticked... i unchecked and then clicked analyse -> Undo analysis -> return to original download and then saved the file. I have renamed the file as 3799 since 38_km HIDEF was already existing
I hope this is the unanalysed file. Please let me know if this is ok. If not please tell me how to get back the original raw file
As on the cadence drop in this analysis undone file the power for end of the ride is seen in issac. But cadence data is still missing. I am still confused on what went wrong as the cadence data and power data was transmitted on garmin in real time till i finished the ride

I've looked at your latest ride files and I really can't find anything obviously wrong with them.
When you do your next ride please make it a solo ride and post it. I can't improve things if nothing is wrong...

Re: Newbie to Power Can someone help me set up PP correctly
I really felt that the readings were on higher side as yesterday even without much straining it gave me a new FTP value and despite me riding below par the average power was high.Velocomp wrote:I've looked at your latest ride files and I really can't find anything obviously wrong with them.

Even today it was a solo ride and the readings are higher than what was dialed in when i had the PP in Handlebar mount and my garmin said i have a new VO2 max value of 41.
Thats why i am cribbing too much. I am a CAT 5 cyclist and my FTP is only around 2.6W/kg and i have not had a ride last month due to extreme weather. so there is no way my FTP Could have gone up from 203W

The only thing I can comment on is actual data.

Attaching 2 ride files
Ride No 1:
Solo ride 53kms on hoods without drafting with elevation O/B to same point but through parallel bridges Ride 2:
Solo ride 38kms on flats on hoods with no drafting O/B The second effort was a SST 4x10mins (Based on RPE) which significantly showed powers well above my threshold
Do analyse it and let me know if everything is ok and if i can continue with same profile
Thankyou
