AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I received my powerpod 3 days ago and it was working fantastic,power would display to my garmin 810 from a dead stop within 1 second of moving.
Then......... I updated firmware to latest version and I have a delay of wattage number from dead stop to pedaling of at minumum a full 5 seconds.Mind you prior to update it was 1 second...
Settings are the same as far as I can tell.Dynamic smoothing is set on powerpod.On garmin its set on straight wattage with no delay or anything.Ive tried changing from dynamic smoothing to 0 seconds and no change.Also while im riding and hitting inclines where wattage goes up it is again delayed much much longer than it was prior to update.I know it wont be insantanious but its way longer then it should be.Ive changed the battery in my garmin speed sensor which wasnt the problem.I moved the sensor from rear hub to front hub and no change.The garmin picks up my speed sensor almost instantly upon spinning te wheel..Im at wits end at what to try next.Is there anyway to go back to an earlier version of firmware to verify its the firmware that did this?It definately changed once I upgraded firmware.Or its very ironic.Im ready to send it back and exchange it at this point.

Hmm...we did not change anything in the FW that would cause the problems you are describing.

Please post a .ibr ride file where you had this problem and we will take a look.

Yeah I didnt think you wouldve and since I cant find any posts on similar issues I assume its just me and maybe the unit is defective.Thats why I wanted to revert back firmware to verify this was issue or maybe file got corrupted somehow?But its litterally a 5 second delay before wattage moves off of zero...Which if I didnt know how it was working prior to firmware upgrade I wouldve thought this is how its supposed to work but I know its not and by reading other posts it appears the avg delay is around 1 second..The file download on isaac appears to my eye to have nothing wrong with it,but honestly I dont know what all the technical ins and outs are of it yet.

I love the powerpod itself when it was working.It was almost instantanious with the numbers.

Ok,I will send that tomorrow once im home...I assume theres a post somewhere on this forum on how to attach and send the file from issac.

Oh and just for the record I am using a garmin magnetless speed sensor and cadence sensor with Garmin 810

Ive also confirmed speed sensor is being picked up by garmin by spinning the wheel by hand so I know its not the gps number.

Ive also done a hard reset by holding button for 10 seconds and redid the calibration 2-3 times now all with the same delayed result.Although it did appear to work correctly for 1 start from a dead stop but then sadly went back to delayed start the very next try...

Your PP is very nicely calibrated.

In the ride file you sent, PowerPod filtering is set to Dynamic. This means there will be an extended delay in response whenever you're cruising at reasonably constant watts.

If your Garmin is also set for filtering, this delay is increased even more.

I have modified your profile for 0 time delay. This will speed-up Garmin response, but you'll want to set your Garmin to a smoothing level that is appropriate.

Import this profile into Isaac, then send it to your PP.

I tried the new setting.Still have atleast 5 second delay when starting from stop...the garmin is set to 0 delay.. no filtering.I had already tried every setting in the power smoothing setting prior to posting my original post...Very strange this started the first ride after updating firmware..
Is there any way to revert firware to verify this is MY problem?

If not which is my guess,I will be returning the powerpod.. I dont want to but there is something wrong here since it did work with only a 1 second delay prior to the update..
