AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Finaly got hold of a PP! I live i Norway and with 25% VAT on anything imported so I waited until someone i know could bring me one from USA.
Realy looking forward start using it, but sadly autumn is coming wit less opportunities to go out riding.

Anyways, I have a couple of questions/problems.

1.I have problems to get it connected to my Garmin 810, I turn i on and it first blink green and then solid green and i get data from it , but after ca. 30 seconds it disappears, bot yesterday and today I had to struggle for approx. 10 minutes before it "stayed with me" - any ideas ?? (I mainly use the 3 sec average field displayed )

2. It seems to when I`m riding (in periods) that the watt displayed fluctuates a lot compared to my "felt effort"
Therefore I did a out and back ride today to check the calibration.

I`m attaching yesterdays ride and today's OaB ride - if you please could read something out from it?

1. Make sure your speed sensor is sending its signal continuously. Magnet/sensor position is critical. Also, the solid green light will automatically turn off after a few seconds, to conserve power. But PP will continue to work. Finally, make sure your cadence sensor/magnet are properly position. When cadence is zero power is zero.

2. Power is an extremely sensitive metric of performance. It will take a while for you to get used to riding with power, and smoothing out your speed and pedal stroke for even power. It's worth the effort!

3. Your "8/18" ride looks great.

4. Your 9/14 ride shows a lot of drafting; were you riding in a group?

1. I`ve read about that here.I have 1 (2) Garmin GSC10 and when I check it (red blink for cadence and green for speed is always ok) , I even tried it with a brand new sensor and same issue then.
I also get speed and cadence on my computer when I don`t get any from the PP. But since this is all new for me I guess I`m a bit more focused on the watt data "wobbling" in the start now when i`m riding.

Do you recommend to use the 2 "3 sec avg" field or direct ?

3. OK, I used/tried the "check calibration after that ride.

4. Yes, that is correct, I sat in a group of first 14 riders, and after the stop a group of 6.
