I live in the UK and a year ago you kindly replaced the casing and battery of my powerpod 4.
However up until last week I was able to connect the unit to the Isaac software on my PC without a problem, downloading my data seamlessly.
However over the last week I've now noticed that when connected to my computer and uploading data from the powerpod into Issac software the red light on the unit doesn't come on.
I've launched Isaac several times however the software doesn't see the PowerPod.
I've done several hard resets (after press-holding the button for 12 seconds), the light goes out briefly and then the unit flashes green (so I know the unit is charged).
Unfortunately the red light does not appear to indicate that the unit is charging. I've tried several usb cables including new ones but the unit still doesn't charge. I've also plugged the unit into my PC using different USB ports. I also attempted to charge the unit with wall chargers, but there is no indication that the unit is charging.
I concluded that the micro USB charging port in the unit is not working.
To compound matters the GoPro mounting tab is now broken.
Can the powerpod be repaired or alternatively upgrade to the latest version.
If possible what would the cost be of a repair and for an upgrade?
I love the powerpod and enjoy the flexibility it gives me so I do hope you can help me.
Kind regards,
