no ride files to download

Hi,

My PowerPod has been running well for just over 3 years, but on a ride this weekend I received a battery low message on my Wahoo ELEMNT head unit shortly after starting a ride and during the ride of about 4 hours the the power reading (5s average) went to 0.

When I took the PowerPod to retrieve the ride files and recharge it there were no ride files listed in the download dialogue in Isaac (there should have been at least 4 rides).

I let the PowerPod recharge and later check the profiles on the device - all were blank. I resent my most recent profile to the PowerPod and placed back on my bike. When I later was preparing for my next ride I woke all the sensors on the bike and then the PowerPod, but the PowerPod was not recognised by the Wahoo head unit.

What can I do to get the PowerPod up and running again? Should I perform a hardware reset? If so How? Will I have to repair PowerPod to Wahoo ELEMNT? Can I simply resend the saved profile or should I do another O&B calibration and update the profile?
