Hi,
Just purchased the unlock for the PP ver 3 GPS Tracker and went out for a ride. Was bummed that no GPS data was recorded. Please see attached. I followed directions and did a
Device
Get Tracker Get GPS Data
Repair Time

But nothing and no GPS. Any ideas?

Thanks

Ruel

Did you install and use the GPS Tracker app? If so, on iPhone or Android?

Hi John,
No I didnt. Thats the .99 cent app? Is that needed to run in the background while Im cycling? Will it interfere with sending power signals to my Garmin?

I just downloaded the app now. Will I be able to extract the recorded GPS data from the PP?

1) Yes, it is the $0.99 app. App won't interfere in any way with power signals

2) App records GPS and speed information. Isaac software integrates GPS data into Isaac file.

3) Follow the GPS Tracker instructions for one-time setup procedure. Once the app is installed, future rides will have GPS information integrated into ride files.
