How start a new ride

OK, I've spent awhile looking for this basic function.
How do you end a ride and start another, creating a new ride file?
Say on the same day I do a 15 mile ride. Then I stop for a just little bit, and want to start a new ride file. How do I do this? Normally there are large amounts of time between rides and PP seems to just figure it out, but what if there is very little time between?

For stops of 20 minutes or less, PP will continue the previous ride file.

Longer than 20 min, PP will automatically start a new ride file.
