PowerPod not activating with any bike

I recently set up PowerStroke and got a few rides out of it (end of June). Then I didn't use it for a while.

A few weeks ago I started riding my gravel bike with my PowerPod, this is the bike I originally set up the PowerPod for. It shows normal green light patterns but never outputs any power data.

Now, my PowerTap C1 seems to have died and I'm hoping to use my PowerPod while it gets repaired. This is on the bike where I did the PowerStroke analysis. The PowerPod is still not outputting any power data and there is no ride data in the pod for any rides I've done with it.

What can I do to get it working again?
