Ive attached my ride which goes in loop 3 times 5 miles each time.
1st-everytime I start a ride it does the 8 min numbers way off thing.Position is solid.Exact same spot.In fact didn't move from last ride.Ive calibrated this thing numerous times. Its only used on 1 bike.Im riding alone, no drafting, air inlet is as level as can be on PP.
2nd-power is off, most notably way off on down hill grades.I noticed on a down hill today power shot up from 200 to 900 with no pressure on pedals, just spinning the pedals with no pressure applied to chain. This goes for every down hill.I also notice on wind graph it only ever shows a headwind, never ever a tail wind.Im going in loops so there should be a tail wind at some point. So I am assuming the entire ride is probably off in power throughout.

Re: power way off
Your power is off for two reasons:
1) During the first 8 minutes PP is readjusting itself. It is a HUGE correction it is making, much more so than would be normal from a good calibration ride
2) Your wind scaling is way too high, causing the consistent headwind you see, high watts, and watts on the downhill
Please post a photo of your PowerPod attached to its mount, side view, so I can see the angle at which it is mounted.
We can fix you up pretty easily, but before proceeding I'd like to see the photo, so I can give you next steps

Re: power way off
Aha! As suspected...your PowerPod is pointed way too high in the air.
The word "PowerPod" should be approximately level. When pointed so high towards the heavens you'll get weird readings.
Reposition your PP as recommended, ride for 8 minutes, then post another ride file. You should have much better results.

Re: power way off
I did another ride today.Seems much better but had to move it even further down half way so the ride was a little messed up.Ill go for another ride tomorrow and hopefully it will be correct start to finish.Ill post that ride
