No data transfer to google earth

Few weeks ago I purchased the tracker key, I installed everthing I needed to and now I can record GPS data.
But I cannot transfer a file to google earth, no matter what I have already tried.
It is possible to export the ride as a klm file but than you only see the gps data an I want the grafics as shown in instruction manual.
Are there more users who have this problem or am I doing something wrong.
Help would be welcome.

If you're using Isaac/Windows 5.x, there is a bug that prevents Google Earth from launching. We are working on fixing this bug now.
Google Earth is working just fine in Isaac/Mac.

Okay John thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately I do not own an apple. So I wait until it is fixed.
Any idea when?
