store.ibikesports.com’s server IP address could not be found

Trying to "Get GPS Tracker" data added to the ride file via Isaac for Mac v4.1.1, but only seeing error msg "store.ibikesports.com’s server IP address could not be found". I'm using the button on left side of the screen with Laps, Peaks, GPS. ???

There are two problems:
1) My hunch is that you are opening the GPS tab, clicking the "Get GPS Tracker" button, and getting the error. If so the problem is that this link is outdated.
2) How are you recording your GPS data? From another device, such as Garmin? If so, download your Garmin file in .tcx form, place it on your desktop, then merge it into Isaac using the command in the screen shot
