I have the Newton+ with Powerstroke software installed. This data is also being sent to my Garmin 810, which I can upload to Garmin Connect thru my iPhone that is paired to the Edge 810. Very tech for such a low end rider.
So now that I can see all the flaws in my stroke, and see what a weakling I am, how am I supposed to actually improve?
Is there some type of document being prepared with suggestions on what to do to improve based on the data/visual created by the Isaac software?
Is there cycling coaches who can interpret and help someone like me get better, optimize my stroke?
Thanks
So how to I get better?
Re: So how to I get better?
The PowerStroke shows your "excessive" movement on the bike as you pedal. Throwing the bike around will waste watts under most conditions. Upload the ibr file and I'll have a look.
