If you have an AeroPod or PowerPod with PowerStroke (PS) installed, then by default, PS will be "on" for every ride.
If you wish you can turn PowerStroke off. This makes it possible to increase the ride file storage time capacity of your unit by about 16x, and also makes downloads faster.
Here's how to turn PS off:
1) Connect your unit to Isaac
2) Go to Device/Setup/Set Sample Rate
3) Uncheck the "PowerStroke" box
4) Select "1 Sec" or "5 sec". "1 sec" increases record time to 155 hours; "5 sec" increases ride file recording time to 768 hours
5) IMPORTANT: Click the "Send to iBike" button
If you have turned PS off, but later want to turn PS On:
1) Connect your unit to Isaac
2) Go to Device/Setup/Set Sample Rate
3) Check the PS box
4) Click Send to iBike button
